Our Paid for Service
In a nutshell, we act as buyer’s agents for our Investment Partners. As an Investment Partner you are allocated your own dedicated investment advisor who will firstly discuss your investment strategy and if you don’t have one they can listen to your investment plans and build one together with you – looking at both short and long term goals for your investment capital.
The other important benefit of being an Investment Partner is that you get first refusal on all of our recommended investment opportunities before they go out to those using our free service.
To become an Investment Partner, in addition to agreeing the commission we charge for a purchase*, you will be asked to provide us with proof of funds for any potential purchases. Investment properties can come on to the market and be snapped up very quickly, so it’s imperative to have funds in place ready to move when the time is right. However, our experienced team will be there to support and advise you every step of this exciting process.
* Fees are subject to change, but our flat fee is usually £500 inclusive, per property.
