Tenants
• Rent is payable as agreed within your tenancy agreement

• Payments for early termination requested by the tenant – The TFA allows a landlord/agent to recover reasonable costs if a tenant asks to leave early.
• Payments to change the tenancy (for example, pets to be kept in the property, a change of sharer in a joint tenancy, a business to be run from the property, or any other amendment which alters the obligations of the agreement)

• Gas safety certificate (if applicable) – £78.00
