If you would like your property fully managed by our professional, experienced team here at Sylvester Properties, a one-off Tenant Find fee of £420 is charged once the property has been successfully rented out, and there after a fixed 12% charge would incur. If you would like Sylvester Properties to find a tenant for you but you would like to manage the property yourself, a one-off Tenant Find fee of £540 will be charged. VAT is included.
